Handover Inspections

Handover Inspections are one of the services offered here at Auswide Inspection Group. A Handover Inspection will report to you any issues any issues that should be addressed by your builder before you make the final payment on your newly built home.

Unfortunately, people who build houses do unfortunately make mistakes and it is possible that some products used to build homes can be defective or deteriorate even when the building has been certified and you have a termite barrier certificate.

We recommend clients to be onsite for inspections, if you cannot attend the inspection our Inspector will be available to discuss the findings of the report with you. Reports are available to email directly to you within 24-48 hours of the inspection.

METHAMPHETAMINE Inspections

Methamphetamine contamination is a very prevalent issue for people buying or renting property. It is an invisible contaminant which has no real odour and can be very costly to remediate, with both heavy methamphetamine use and labs accounting for this contamination.

A pre-purchase Methamphetamine Inspection when purchasing a property will establish the safety and liability risks prior to the sale transaction being completed. Regular Methamphetamine inspections in rental properties will provide a deterrent to meth manufacture and use and will also be an early detection of any contamination.
